Shane Krider and his wife, Rachel Krider, discuss the meaningful coincidences that come from synchronicity in an episode of their personal development podcast. This episode highlights five steps to help your life prosper. The blog below is about step two: stop resisting outcomes. Check out the last blog for step one: forming a clear intention.

Here’s the next thing. We need to stop resisting the outcomes.

What I used to do is this. I would use the power of my mind to predict negative outcomes to protect myself. As soon as I would start to think about what I could do, immediately skepticism would into my mind.

You have to learn your lessons, you have to know for yourself. That’s a concept that I live by. It can frustrate other people because they will try to help you by giving advice. But what I realized was that I could never have a life that they’re not going to have. I always felt like I had it within me, it just takes finding the courage to do it.

I could no longer accept the life I was living and I knew I had to make a change. I said, “I don’t know how, I don’t know why, I don’t know what, but I am just putting it out there that something magical can happen. There is somebody I can meet, something that I can stumble into and about a week later, I found it. It took me a few weeks to finally get myself to attend the meetings that got me to where I am, but these are all synchronistic events that happened once I found my purpose.

Beliefs become self-fulfilling prophecies. That’s why in a laboratory experiment, they’re going to do double-blind experiments. Beliefs to a massive degree create reality. Coincidence is one thing, but if you see something happen a hundred times in a row, you just can’t chalk it up to the coincidence anymore.

I call it the trail of breadcrumbs. You know you’re on the right track. You know you’re in the right mood, the right from of mind, the right perception, when all of this type of stuff starts happening.
